The 2 complete sets include the (2) 24mm Breast shields, (2) breast shield connectors, (2) tubing, (2) diaphragms, (2) silicone valves, (2) milk collection container sets i.e. the bottles and caps, and (2) bottle nipples.

The 2 opened sets are exactly the same merely missing the bottles and nipples.
