Antique Ornate Metal Shield. exquisite piece with a lack of information about its history. The only other photo I found of one was an Ebay listing that's no longer posted that labeled it as Italian or German Medieval military parade shield. I'm not sure exactly what it is but it's beautiful. Very old. Metal with etched design and decorated with gold tone lion's heads. Great condition. Clearly very old if you see photos. One of the leather straps on back is broken. Back is very rusty. Measures approximately 14.75 across. Please see all photos for best description. Ask any questions before placing order.
