Each bike is equipped with two resistance bands, which are special to Yesoul bikes. The A1T bike not only supports aerobic training but also strength training, offering a variety of workout options.
Through Bluetooth, you can connect to the Yesoul-developed app, YESOULfitness, as well as other platforms enjoy Zwift and Kinomap for training. The data-driven results enhance your workout effectiveness and make exercising more enjoyable.
The handlebars can be adjusted up and down, while the seat can be adjusted forward, backward, and vertically, accommodating users from 4'2" to 6'4" in height. This makes it suitable for complete family members.
With a maximum weight capacity of up to 300 lbs, the bike is designed for use by each family members.
